For those of us who will be with loved ones, we would like the privilege to prepare your Christmas dinner, so you can focus your attention on spending time with your family.
Orders can be ready for pickup starting on December 24, with pickup available from noon-6pm. Quantities are limited so please reserve at your earliest convenience.

Our Prime Rib Dinner makes for a great compliment for larger gatherings.
If you are new to EPIC, and are curious, we invite you to drop by and sample the Prime Rib. When you visit us, just mention you saw the Christmas ad and wanted to see what the Epic smoked experience is all about, and our servers will offer off-menu pricing for the Prime Rib.
Our signature smoked ham comes replete with the below sides, and mustard to give that savory ham a little kick.
Our sides leverage the same philosophy that we leverage in our standard menu, flavor first. Our vegetables and fruits are farm-fresh so they provide that clean contrast to the rich smoky flavors of our proteins and savory sides.

Our signature 7lb smoked prime road comes with au jus and horseradish with our Christmas sides offering.
Lamb lovers, or even those who haven’t tried, when Lamb is done right, it is hard to beat.
